Access & Funding

There are a couple of different ways to access ADHD coaching, depending on your situation and how quickly you’d like to get started.

Start Straight Away (Self-Funded Coaching)

If you’re ready to begin, self-funded coaching is the quickest and most straightforward option.

While Access to Work can be a valuable source of funding, it often involves delays and admin. Choosing to fund your own coaching means you can start straight away — building momentum and getting support when you actually need it, rather than waiting.

I offer flexible options depending on your needs, including support that can continue alongside or after Access to Work.

If cost feels like a barrier, you’re still very welcome to get in touch — we can have an open conversation about what might be possible.

Access to Work (Funded Support)

If you’re employed or self-employed in the UK, you may be eligible for ADHD coaching through the government’s Access to Work scheme.

This funding can cover a block of coaching sessions and allows you to choose who you work with. Many people receive support for 12 sessions or more, depending on their circumstances.

You don’t need a formal ADHD diagnosis to apply.

If you’re considering applying and want help understanding how coaching fits into the process, I’m happy to point you in the right direction.

Changing Coaches

If you’ve already started coaching through Access to Work and are thinking about something different, it’s possible to change coaches.

If that’s something you’re exploring, we can have a conversation about what you’re looking for and whether I’m a good fit — no pressure, just a chance to explore your options.

Who I Work With

My work is shaped by experience in recovery and criminal justice settings, and I have a particular interest in supporting people at those intersections.

That said, you don’t need to fit into a specific category. If you’re looking for ADHD-informed support that understands complexity, you’re welcome here.

If you’re curious about working together, the first step is a free introductory call.

We can use that time to:
• Talk through what’s bringing you to coaching
• Explore whether Access to Work or self-funding feels right for you
• Get a sense of whether we’d work well together
