MEET DAISY
From the classroom to neuro-affirming ADHD coaching and consultancy.
My ADHD Story
I’m Daisy, a former primary school teacher who was diagnosed with ADHD at 30 - an experience that brought both relief and grief. Relief in finally understanding myself and grief for the years spent feeling out of step in a world that didn’t quite fit.
For a long time everyday life felt overwhelming, confusing and harder than it seemed for others. My diagnosis gave me answers but it didn’t give me the tools.
After years working in education, I found myself supporting neurodivergent children while still trying to make sense of my own experience. I began to explore practical ways to better understand how my brain works and slowly, things started to shift.
The more I learned, the more I was able to support not only myself, but also the young people I worked with.
More recently, I worked as Head of Education at a charity supporting men with a history of offending who were in recovery from drug, alcohol or gambling addiction. Through one-to-one work, I supported individuals navigating ADHD diagnosis and what comes after - helping them better understand themselves and build practical ways forward.
That experience deepened my belief in how powerful the right support can be and is what led me becoming a full time ADHD coach.
Now, I’m passionate about supporting others to understand their brains, feel more in control and find ways of doing life that actually work for them - not against them.
MY TRAINING
I completed my training in Executive Function Coaching with Leanne Maskell at ADHD Works.
Now I focus on helping children, young people and adults bridge the gap between their potential and their day-to-day reality, offering personalised and structured support.
